Two Tone Sofa Tote
This suite was donated in by a friend of mine who wanted to see if it could be repurposed. A very well looked after suite that had been ripped and seen better days, the leather was good quality white leather that even though over the years had discoloured the softness and thickness still there. It took some cleaning but the bags that have been made are all stunning.
This one I have added a green flash on the handles and the zip panel, the contrast stitching is in green in a hope to tie the whole bag together – the green was some left over sofa leather – just enough left to adorn this bag.
This bag for its age is in pretty good condition – considering the leather is 10yrs plus, soft yet thick with still plenty of life left in it – check out the Botton seams as this was too thick for even my heavyweight to top stitch
