Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Here at NB we want you to love your bag, and in so we do try hard to explain and describe any life marks that the product may have.

But we also understand that sometimes the photos don’t show the true colours or the life marks are different in real life.

At this point I need to remind you that the materials that we use are used, unwanted and destined for the bin, so therefore they didn’t reach us in perfect condition and whilst we endeavour to create beauty it was indeed from waste.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return,

  • Please reach out and contact me first, just so that I can locate your sale.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, or similar.
  • You will receive the purchase price of your bag and not the postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will contact you to advise receipt and advise the amount being paid back to you and how.

Exchanges

You are absolutely welcome to exchange your bag either in person or via the post.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: New Baginnings. 20 The Hollow. Dilton Marsh. Wiltshire. BA13 4BU

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the product that you have purchased has not reached you in the same condition that it was sent or that a fault was overlooked on packing then please contact me and allow me to rectify the situation.

If the product breaks then again please contact me and where possible I will repair for you FOC

– we do not save from waste to create waste!
